About Us
Infonix Solution is a specialized engineering consultancy based in Malaysia and Singapore, established in 2023. We focus on providing comprehensive elevator system services with integrated electronic solutions tailored to modern building needs.

LIFT SUPERVISORY DISPLAY SYSTEM
An integrated solution used to monitor, control, and manage the operation of one or more elevators (lifts) in real-time. It provides centralized supervision, diagnostics, alerts, and performance tracking, improving safety, efficiency, and maintenance planning.

Our Computerised Elevator Monitoring System (CEMS) enables you to monitor your elevator and escalator systems in one or several buildings from one location. This system is compatible to various brands of lift and easy to integrate with existing system.
INFOBOX - A SMART EBOPS
Our in-house designed backup power system to provide temporary electrical power during a main power failure. It uses batteries to supply electricity to essential systems, ensuring safety, continuity, and protection of critical operations in emergency situations.
INFODIS - OUR DISPLAY SERIES
An integrated visual communication interface designed to inform passengers and operators about the elevator's current status.
Our system supports LCD panels for dynamic content, including voice announcements, emergency alerts, and customizable branding. The display is directly linked to the lift control system, ensuring reliable real-time updates and helping users feel more informed and secure during travel.
